Each player will receive a Camp T-Shirt!! We will do our best to get every player the correct shirt size, but all signups after May 19th there is no guarantee for the correct size T-shirt.

Age: 4th - 9th Graders (Please put the Grade your son/daughter will be attending in the Fall)
